Sally has seventeen years of experience in Operations and Administration with Marriott.
She is currently Head of Operations and is responsible for ensuring efficient and
timeous processing and reporting of client investments.

Bronwen has eight years of industry-related experience and was with Marriott for three years as a Senior Investment Consultant. She took up the position of Marketing Manager in 2008 and is currently Head of Marketing and Distribution. Bronwen is responsible for the communication and distribution of Marriott products.

Russell Collister

Investment Director
Russell joined IOMA in April 2006 after spending nearly five years as an investment director of Singer & Friedlander Investment Management (IOM) Limited with specific responsibility for the management of the Marriott International offshore funds. Previously, Russell was the investment director of Lorne House Trust Limited, a private investment management company which was bought by Singer & Friedlander in September 2001. During his time with Singer & Friedlander, Russell was also responsible for a portfolio of international private client investment portfolios and was the property analyst for Singer & Friedlander Investment Management Limited. Russell was a founder director of IOMA Fund & Investment Management Limited with responsibility for the management of an international client base together with the institutional life assurance funds of Isle of Man Assurance Limited. Russell has twenty four years of experience in the investment management industry and currently chairs the Marriott International investment committee. |

Mark Edge

Mark joined IOMA in December 2006 prior to which date he spent eighteen months working for the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission where he was part of the team supervising investment businesses on the Isle of Man. Mark joined the FSC from Coutts where he was head of trade execution for nearly four years and corporate services manager for over two years. Mark has recently completed a post graduate diploma towards an MSc in International Banking and Finance where he focused on International Financial Markets, Finance Research and Analysis. Mark is also a member of the Securities Institute and holds the SI Certificate in Investment and Financial Advice. Mark has twenty three years of experience in the investment management industry and currently sits on the Marriott International investment committee. |

Paul Crocker

Senior Investment Manager
Paul joined IOMA in November 2008. He is a Fellow of the Securities Institute, although he was originally a Member of the London Stock Exchange. Paul moved to the Isle of Man in 1991 to join Coutts & Co, where he managed HNW clients, and was also deputy manager of Coutts Pacific Basin Fund. He left in 1998 to join Standard Bank Stockbrokers as Director of Investments until the company closed the investment management function in the Isle of Man in 2003. The summer of 2003 was spent in the Czech Republic working with a client on raising funds and tendering successfully for the purchase of debt from the Czech Government in order to gain control of one of the largest private companies in the country. On returning to the Isle of Man, he joined Insinger de Beaufort and left in June 2006 shortly after the acquisition by Collins Stewart. Paul has over twenty one years experience in the industry. |

Mary Tait

Mary joined IOMA in 2010 having held the position of Investment Director at Lorne House Trust Limited since 2007. Mary has been a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment since 1997 and has applied to become an Associate of the Institute of Administrative Management having gained her Offshore Certificate in Company and Trust Administration in 1995.
