Once we have received your request to apply for a contract with Marriott, one of our Investment Consultants will contact you to take you through the accreditation process.

After you have been accredited, you will be provided with the following documents to complete and return to Marriott:

Marriott Financial Advisor Agreement
OMART/Marriott/Financial Advisor Agreement (only if writing Living Annuity Business)
Financial Advisor House Subcode Application Form

When all the necessary requirements have been met, Marriott will issue the code/s and the Financial Advisor may start submitting business under the FAIS categories they are licensed for.

The following supporting documents should be submitted with the above agreements and Subcode form:

A copy of your FSP's FAIS license and annexure
A copy of your FSP's VAT certificate
A copy of the identity document for each Financial Advisor requesting a code
Proof of banking for the FSP's bank account (for commission payment purposes)
A copy of the completed Accreditation Test

When all the necessary requirements have been met, Marriott will issue the code/s and the Financial Advisor may start submitting business under the FAIS categories they are licensed for.
