David joined Marriott in 2011, after 7 years of audit, accounting and tax experience with KPMG. He currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the Investment Committee and Risk Committee. David is responsible for all aspects of Marriott's local and global operations.
Duggan Matthews

Chief Investment Officer
As our Chief Investment Officer, Duggan is custodian of Marriott's Income Focused Investment Style and is responsible for the outcomes of our portfolios, both locally and offshore. He is chairman of both the Marriott and First World Hybrid Investment Committees; encouraging teamwork, open-mindedness and multiple perspectives in the investment decision making process.
Ntokozo Ntuli

Chief Financial Officer
Ntokozo joined Marriott in 2020 and has over 10 years' experience in the financial services industry. She currently oversees the Finance teams and is a member of the Executive and Risk Committee.
Sally Anderson

Sally is currently Head of Marketing and Client Services. She has the Exco responsibility for the Marketing and Distribution functions of the business, and also oversees Client Services, including client-facing administration and communication centre.
Jessica Jayraj

Head of Compliance
Jessica joined the group in 1996. As the Compliance Officer she ensures compliance by the Company with applicable legislation through the development and implementation of compliance risk management and monitoring plans. She also provides the business with Compliance support and training.

David joined the company in 2004. He is currently head of IT. David is responsible for the technical infrastructure at Marriott. He ensures the alignment of technology and technology support to the business needs as well as ensuring continuous service and systems security.

Marshni joined Marriott in 2025. Her strong track record in building enduring relationships and delivering client-focused solutions reflects our promise to our clients and partners. Marshni's focus is on building on and expanding our distribution model to provide more opportunities for clients to benefit from investing with Marriott’s local and offshore investment solutions.

Lourens Coetzee

Lourens has been a stalwart in the investment team since 2007 and is a member of Marriott's Investment Committee. Lourens is particularly interested in listed property as well as fixed income investing. Having played a major role in refining our investment process over many years, Lourens has a thorough and in-depth understanding of income focused investing.

Robin Hartslief

Robin joined Marriott in 2012 and is a recently qualified CFA Charter Holder. Robin's biggest strengths are his attention to detail, strong work ethic and enquiring mind. These attributes have seen him develop into a highly capable analyst and an integral component of the investment team.

Scott was involved in various projects within the business for a number of years before deciding to focus on investment management in 2020. Born and bred in Ireland and having worked in London for 3 years prior to joining Marriott, Scott brings a strong global perspective to Investment Committee discussions as well as a keen intellect and a passion for technological innovation and offshore equities.

Sonam Naidoo

Sonam joined Marriott in February 2026, bringing more than 6 years of investment management experience. A CFA charter holder for the past 7 years, she studied in Cape Town before working in both Johannesburg and Durban. Sonam has a strong passion for equity analysis and closely follows the global markets.
Marriott also partners with an Isle of Man-based investment manager which provides investment management and advisory services to Marriott Asset Management (Pty) Ltd.
